A Mobile Kitchen for the Serious Cook

You may have gathered from previous posts that we like to cook and eat delicious food. We designed the Kitchens for our Rivian R1T to provide an efficient and comfortable workspace for creating fabulous meals in the wild. We considered every detail, creating custom bags to store pots and pans and creating a system for hanging the bags that hold utensils so that they are in easy reach while you’re cooking. We ensured the integrated sink did not eat into precious storage space. We find we can easily cook a meal for more people than the vehicle has seats!

I’ve provided a few recipes for things we like to cook while we’re camping, but I thought it would be fun to share a recipe from one of our customers. If you follow their YouTube channel @MotorsportUnplugged you know that Monika clearly loves to cook (and enjoy great coffee). She has several videos showing folks how they use their Thunderbolt Adventure Supply Kitchen to make gourmet food while on the go. I thought I’d share this one since it showcases the functionality of the kitchen as well as the amount of battery used from the truck.
